| Dr. Cantrell is President and Founder of Elcare Innovations, Inc. He is a contract emergency physician and was formerly associate professor and chairman of pharmacology at the University of North Texas-Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. While at UNT-HSC he was active in biomedical research and has more than 30 research publications. He is the inventor of Elcare's CPR devices, funded in part by a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant from the NIH's National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute. Dr. Cantrell received his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Baylor College of Medicine and his D. O. from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. A native of Stuttgart, Arkansas, Dr. Cantrell is a private pilot and a member of several medical professional associations. | ||||||||||||||||

Ms. Waugh is Chief
Executive Officer (CEO) for Elcare Innovations, Inc, and a part-time attorney
with the law firm of Vinson & Elkins, L.L.P. Her principal area of
practice is health care law, with a focus on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement
issues, fraud and abuse, privacy, and health care legislation. She has
been active in lobbying Congress and federal agencies on behalf of various
health care clients, and has advised clients on Food and Drug Administration
(FDA) matters. Before entering the practice of law, Ms. Waugh was employed
in the health care industry for six years and has experience in group
and individual physician practices, hospital laboratories, academic research
and medical sales. |
